Basildon Council leader 'angry' with PM over elections U-turn

Well, it seems our Basildon Council leader isn't too pleased with the Prime Minister right now! There's been a bit of a U-turn on the upcoming elections, and it's definitely caused some strong feelings here in town. We'll be keeping an eye on how this plays out for our local government.
